Nutcracker


- 30 ml (1 oz.) hazelnut liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) vodka
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) fresh cream
- 1 dash grenadine syrup
- Ice cubes
Combine the almond liqueur, vodka and fresh cream in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Gently pour the grenadine syrup over the back of a spoon to create a layered cocktail.
Garnish according to your inspiration.
