- 30 ml (1 oz.) anise liqueur (like Sambuca)
- 30 ml (1 oz.) vodka
- Ice cubes
- 1 scoop of sorbet
- 1 mint leaf
Combine anise liqueur and vodka in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Drop a scoop of sorbet into the drink.
Garnish with a mint leaf.
