Cassis Sunrise


- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry vermouth
- 30 ml (1 oz.) vodka
- 120 ml (4 oz.) pineapple juice
- 10 ml (1/3 oz.) blackcurrant liqueur
- Ice cubes
- 1 lime wedge
Combine vodka, white vermouth and pineapple juice in a highball glass filled with ice.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
Add blackcurrant liqueur carefully.
Garnish with lime wedge.
