Orchard Chaï

- 60 ml (2 oz.) apple cream liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) apple brandy (type Calvados) (optional)
- 180 ml (6 oz.) water
- 1 teabag black tea
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 1 laurel leaf
- 3 peppercorns
- 3 whole cloves
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
Bring water to boil.
Remove from heat.
Add tea, spices and honey.
Steep 30 minutes.
Strain liquid into toddy glass using fine strainer.
Add apple cream and apple brandy (like Calvados).
Stir with mixing spoon.
Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Serve hot or cold.
