- 1 sugar cube
- 3 or 4 drops Angostura bitters
- 90 ml (3 oz.) sparkling wine
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) cognac
Coat sugar cube with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
Place sugar cube in a flute.
Add sparkling wine and cognac.
Mix using mixing spoon (avoid touching the sugar cube).
