Chasse-neige

- 2 oz Rosemont L’Après-Ski rum
- 1 oz pear nectar
- 0,75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0,50 oz maple syrup
- Egg white
- Ice cubes
- Grated cinnamon
Pour all the ingredients.
Dry shake 1 time, no ice.
Second time, add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
Double-strain into a chilled glass and springle with cinnamon.
