Choco-Mint Cream


- 60 ml (2 oz.) irish cream
- 40 ml (1 1/3 oz.) crème de cacao
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) white mint syrup
- Ice cubes
- Small mint chocolates or rolled wafer cookies
Combine the Irish cream liqueur, crème de cacao and white mint syrup in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour into a cognac glass.
Garnish with small mint chocolates or rolled wafer cookies.
