Caribbean Cider
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry still apple cider
- 30 ml (1 oz.) amber rum
- Ice cubes
Pour the rum and cider into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a flute glass using an ice strainer.
