- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin
- 150 ml (5 oz.) tonic water
- 60 ml (2 oz.) clementine (or orange) juice, freshly squeezed and strained
- 1 splash lime juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 clementine (or orange) zest
Combine the dry gin, tonic water and juice in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Garnish with a clementine zest to intensify the citrus flavour.
