Bell Tower



- 30 ml (1 oz.) white rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) hazelnut liqueur (like Frangelico)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 105 ml (3 1/2 oz.) pineapple juice
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) grenadine syrup
- Ice cubes
- 1 orange slice
- 1 pineapple slice
Combine the hazelnut liqueur, white rum and citrus liqueur in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Top up with pineapple juice.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Add the grenadine syrup.
Garnish with an orange slice and a pineapple slice.
