Bell

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) dry white vermouth
- 1 sprig fresh coriander
- 1 sprig fresh basil
- 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, peeled
- 5 ice cubes
- 3 lime twists
- 1/2 tsp. honey
Place the coriander, basil and cucumber in a shaker and crush using a pestle.
Add 3 ice cubes, the dry gin and vermouth.
Add two lime twists and honey.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Place 2 ice cubes in a martini glass.
Strain into the martini glass using an ice strainer and a sieve.
Garnish with a lime twist on a cocktail pick.
