Closing an SAQ.COM/Inspire account

Please contact the Customer Relations Centre if you wish to close your SAQ.COM and Inspire accounts.

Important

From the moment we close your SAQ.COM account, this will ensure that:

You will no longer be able to:  
- make online purchases; 
- view invoices for online purchases;
- add products to your favourites lists and view them;
- give your opinion on a product, i.e. write a review accompanied by a rating (stars).

 

If you are enrolled in the SAQ Inspire program:

You will lose any Inspire points you have earned.
You will lose all the benefits of the SAQ Inspire program:
- personalized Inspire offers and promotions;
- you will no longer receive emails with tips, discoveries and news tailored to your Inspire profile.
