- 90 ml (3 oz.) irish cream
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple slice
Combine the irish cream liqueur and pineapple juice in into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a pineapple slice.
