- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) pink port
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) raspberry liqueur
- 120 ml (4 oz.) club soda
- 30 ml (1 oz.) white cranberry juice
- Sage leaves
- 3 blackberries
- 3 raspberries
- Ice cubes
- 1 sprig of sage
Place sage leaves in a wine glass and crush using a muddler.
Add the pink port, raspberry liqueur and white cranberry juice.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Add the fruit and ice cubes.
Top up with the club soda.
Garnish with the sprig of sage.
