- 40 ml (1 1/3 oz.) white rum
- 100 ml (3 1/3 oz.) sparkling wine
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. caster sugar
- Lime wedges
Combine the white rum and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Add caster sugar and a few lime wedges.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a flute glass using an ice strainer.
Top up with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
