Ingredients
  • 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) vodka (regular or raspberry flavoured)
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz.) raspberry liqueur (or other liqueur flavoured with red berries)
  • 1 dash sugar cane syrup
  • 1 dash lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 5 leaves fresh basil
  • 9 raspberries
  • 2 pinches freshly ground green peppercorns

Put four of the basil leaves, eight of the raspberries, the sugar cane syrup and the lime juice in a shaker.

Crush lightly with a pestle.

Add the vodka and raspberry liqueur, fill with ice cubes and shake vigorously for8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Grind green peppercorns onto the drink and garnish with tthe basil leave and the raspberry on a pick.
