Martini Lychee
- 30 ml (1 oz.) vodka
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) lychee liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lychee juice (from concentrate)
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 whole lychee (fresh or canned)
Combine the vodka, lychee liqueur and lychee juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Squeeze lime and add to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a lychee fruit on a cocktail pick.
