- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz) Cremovo
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) vodka
- 30 ml (1 oz) orange juice
- 60 ml (2 oz) soda water
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 orange wedge
In a highball glass containing a few ice cubes, pour in the Cremovo first.
Slowly add the vodka, then the orange juice and the soda water in succession to make a layered cocktail.
Garnish with an orange wedge.

Cremovo is an Italian dessert wine made from Marsala wine and egg yolk. Typically drunk before or at the end of meals, it's adelicious addition to Easter parties.
