Melon and Coconut
- 30 ml (1 oz.) rum and coconut beverage (like Malibu)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) melon liqueur
- Pineapple juice
- Crushed ice cubes
- 1 lemon slice
- 1 watermelon slice
Combine the rum and coconut beverage and melon liqueur in a highball glass containing the crushed ice cubes.
Top up with pineapple juice.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with the lemon and watermelon slices.
