Coco Yaya

- 60 ml (2 oz.) vodka
- 120 ml (4 oz.) pineapple juice
- 50 ml (1 2/3 oz.) coconut milk or coconut cream
- Ice cubes
- A few pineapple balls
- A mint leaf
Combine the vodka, pineapple juice, coconut cream and ice cubes in a blender.
Pour into a tulip glass.
Garnish with the pineapple balls and mint leaf on a cocktail pick.
