- 75 ml (2 1/2 oz.) dry gin
- 120 ml (4 oz.) tonic water
- Juice from a half-lemon
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) simple syrup
- 3 blackberries
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- 1 blackberry (for garnish)

Crush using a pestle.
Add the ice cubes and dry gin.
Top up with tonic water.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
