Ingredients
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) vodka
- 60 ml (2 oz.) white cranberry juice
- 10 ml (1/3 oz.) blackcurrant liqueur
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 strip of lemon peel
- 1 ground cherry
Preparation
In a shaker
Preparation
Squeeze the lemon peel over a shaker containing the ice cubes.
Place the lemon peel in the shaker.
Add vodka and cranberry juice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Pour the crème de cassis into the centre of the drink.
Garnish with a ground cherry.
