Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz.) apple brandy (like Calvados)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) herb liqueur (like green Chartreuse)
- 120 ml (4 oz.) apple juice
- 60 ml (2 oz.) club soda
- Ice cubes
- 1 lemon slice
- 2 cherries
Preparation
Combine the apple brandy, herb liqueur and apple juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vogorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour into a highball glass.
Top up with the club soda.
Garnish with the lemon slice and cherries.
