Raspberry Daiquiri


- 50 ml (1 2/3 oz.) white rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lemon juice
- 1 splash raspberry liqueur
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) cane syrup (simple syrup)
- Ice cubes
- 7 raspberries
Combine all ingredients, except for one strawberry, in a blender containing ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a daiquiri glass.
Garnish with a raspberry on a cocktail pick.
