Hemingway Daiquiri

- 60 ml (2 oz.) white rum
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) maraschino liqueur
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) grapefruit juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lime juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 maraschino cherry
Combine all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 secondes.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
