Melon Daiquiri


- 60 ml (2 oz.) white rum
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) melon liqueur
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lime juice
- 1 splash of cane syrup (simple syrup)
- Ice cubes
- 4 honeydew melon cubes
- 1 honeydew melon slice
Place the honeydew melon cubes in a shaker and crush using a pestle.
Add all other ingredients, except the honeydew slice.
Add the ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a honeydew slice.
