Did you know:
The Daiquiri was named after an iron mine in Cuba. After visiting the site, two thirsty engineers combined the only ingredients they had: rum, lemons and sugar. «It Serves for a Rum Sour,» said one. The other replied, «That name is not worthy of a cocktail as fine and tasty as ours. Let's call it the Daiquiri!»
