- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) strawberry liqueur
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) chocolate liqueur (like Lejay Lagoute)
- Sparkling wine
- Ice cubes
- 1 chocolate-covered strawberry
Combine strawberry liqueur and crème de cacao in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a wine glass using an ice strainer.
Top up with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a chocolate-covered strawberry on a cocktail pick.
