- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) white rum
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) peach liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) cane syrup (simple syrup)
- Club soda
- Ice cubes
- Ground cinnamon
Combine the rum, peach liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Add the cane syrup.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Top up with club soda.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
