Double Diamond


- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) dry gin
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) lemon liqueur
- 250 ml (8 1/3 oz.) boiling water
- 1 sachet of green tea
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 lemon slice
Steep the green tea with the cinnamon stick in a toddy glass containing the boiling water for five minutes (or the time recommended on the sachet).
Add the dry gin, lemon liqueur and honey.
Garnish with the lemon slice.
