Berry Blush

- 30 ml (1 oz.) dry gin
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) honey wine
- 30 ml (1 oz.) homemade or store-bought rhubarb juice
- 4 raspberries
- 2 ice cubes
- Edible flower (optional)
- Rhubarb stalk (optional)
Place the raspberries in a shaker and crush using a muddler.
Add all other ingredients, except for the flower and the rhubarb stalk.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass using an ice strainer and a sieve.
Garnish with an edible flower and rhubarb stalk.
