- 500 ml (16 oz) chilled sparkling wine
- 250 ml (8 oz) chilled rum
- 1 litre (32 oz) chilled ginger ale
- 120 ml (4 oz) pineapple juice
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) fresh pineapple, cut into pieces
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 12 strawberries (fresh or frozen), sliced
- 12 ice cubes
