The sparkling

- 60 ml (2 oz.) still rosé cider
- 30 ml (1 oz.) gin
- 30 ml (1 oz.) strawberry and ginger syrup
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lemon juice
- 2 drops lemon and ginger bitter
- Tonic soda
In a 360 ml (12 oz.) Collins or Zombie glass, add all ingredients.
Top up with the tonic soda.
Stir using a bar spoon.
Garnish with a flower for an added burst of freshness.
