- 22 ml (3/4 oz.) citrus liqueur
- Juice of ½ lime
- 4 peach wedges
- 60 ml (2 oz.) chilled tonic water
- Ice cubes
- 6 fresh mint leaves

Combine whiskey, citrus liqueur, lime juice, peach wedges and 5 mint leaves into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour mixture into a highball glass and top up with tonic water.
Garnish with mint leaf.
