    • 60 mL (2 oz) sake
    • 60 mL (2 oz) sweet mead
    • 3 ice cubes
    • 1 kiwi slice

    Combine the sake and mead in a shaker filled with ice cubes.

    Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

    Strain into a wine glass using an ice strainer.
