- 60 mL (2 oz) sake
- 60 mL (2 oz) sweet mead
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 kiwi slice
Combine the sake and mead in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a wine glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a slice of kiwi.
