African Espressini


- 60 ml (2 oz.) marula fruit cream
- 30 ml (1 oz.) hazelnut liqueur
- 60 ml (2 oz.) short espresso
- 2 tsp. powdered sugar
- Small chocolate shavings
Mix the coffee and sugar.
Combine all the ingredients, except for the chocolate shavings, in a shaker.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into an old fashioned-glass.
Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
