Espresso martini


- 52 ml (1,75 oz.) vodka
- 22 ml (0,75 oz.) coffee liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) espresso
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
- 1 cherry (optional)
Refresh a cup or martini glass, with ice.
Remove the ice.
In a shaker, put the coffee liqueur, espresso coffee and vodka.
Add a pinch of fleur de sel.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour into the glass.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans and/or a cherry
