- 30 ml (1 oz.) apple vodka
- 60 ml (2 oz.) sparkling wine
- 30 ml (1 oz.) fresh pomegranate juice
- Ice cubes
- 2 starfruit slices

Combine the vodka and pomegranate juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass using an ice strainer.
Top up with sparkling wine
