- 30 mL (1 oz) brandy
- 15 mL (1/2 oz) whisky maple liqueur (Sortilège or other)
- 30 mL (1 oz) apple juice
- 3 to 6 ice cubes
- 1 apple slice
- Whole cloves, to taste
Pour the brandy, liqueur and apple juice into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with the apple slice sticked with one or several cloves.
