- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) tequila
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 90 ml (3 oz.) ginger ale
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- 2 sprigs parsley
Place one sprig of parsley in a shaker and crush using a pestle.
Add the ice cubes, tequila, citrus liqueur and lemon juice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a wine glass using an ice strainer.
Top up with ginger ale.
Garnish with the second sprig of parsley.
