- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) amber rum
- 75 ml (2 1/2 oz.) cranberry juice
- 1 mandarin peel cut in strips
- 3 mandarin wedges
- 8 fresh cranberries
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- Ice cubes
Carefully crush the mandarin peel and wedges, cranberries and thyme sprig in a highball glass.
Add the rum.
Fill the glass with a few ice cubes.
Top up with the cranberry juice.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
