- 90 ml (3 oz) ice cider
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) almond liqueur
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) maraschino-cherry syrup
- 75 ml (2 1/2 oz) tonic water
- 2 maraschino cherries
- Ice cubes
- Serves 2
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, except for the tonic water and maraschino cherries.
Shake vigorously 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into two old-fashioned glasses using an ice strainer.
Top up with the tonic water.
Garnish each drink with a maraschino cherry.
