Fiji Martini
- 45 mL (1 1/2 oz) dry gin
- 15 mL (1/2 oz) citrus liqueur (Blue Curaçao or similar)
- 15 mL (1/2 oz) lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 lemon slice
Pour the gin, liqueur and lemon juice into a shaker filled with the ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
