Fire Highball


- 30 ml (1 oz.) aged rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) cinnamon liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lime juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) simple syrup
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- 1 mint sprig
Combine all the ingredients, except for the sparkling water, into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Top with sparkling water.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
