- 30 ml (1 oz.) gin
- 22 ml (¾ oz.) lemon juice
- 22 ml (¾ oz.) elderberry syrup
- 1 egg white
- 90 ml (3 oz.) sparkling wine
- Angostura bitters
- Ice cubes
In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, elderberry syrup, egg white, and ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a champagne glass using an ice strainer.
Add sparkling wine.
Garnish with a few drops of angostura bitters.
