- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) lime juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) white rum
- Sparkling wine
Combine the first four ingredients in a electric blender and blend until you have a smooth purée.
Pass through a fine sieve.
Spoon into a flute, then top up with sparkling wine.
