  • 30 ml (1 oz.) gin
  • 15 ml (½ oz.) fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml (½ oz.) maple syrup
  • 60 ml (2 oz.) sparkling cider of the ''Fruity and vibrant'' taste tag
  • 4 fresh cranberries
  • 1 grapefruit zest
  • Ice cubes

In a shaker, crush the cranberries using a pestle.

Add some ice cubes, maple syrup, fresh lemon juice and the gin.

Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Double filter into a flute glass using an ice strainer and a pulp strainer.

Top up with sparkling cider.

Express a zest of grapefruit and garnish with it.
