Fleur de Cassis
- 30 ml (1 oz.) vanilla-flavoured vodka
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) blackcurrant liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) pineapple juice
- A splash of lime juice
- Ice cubes
- 3 raspberries
Pour the crème de cassis into a martini glass.
Pour the vanilla-flavoured vodka, pineapple juice and lime juice into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with the raspberries on a pick.
