- 30 ml (1 oz.) dry gin
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) peach liqueur
- 180 ml (6 oz.) orange-flavoured soda
- 5 drops pure or artificial vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 vanilla bean (optional)

Combine all the ingredients, except for the ice cream and vanilla bean, in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Add the ice cream.
Garnish with the vanilla bean.
