- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) vodka
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) blackcurrant liqueur
- 60 ml (2 oz.) pink grapefruit juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 grapefruit zest
- 1 sage leaf
Combine the vodka and grapefruit juice in shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Slowly pour in blackcurrant liqueur to create a layered cocktail.
Squeeze the grapefruit zest over the glass to release the oils.
Garnish with a sage leaf.
